A name, place, or other query entered in a search box passes to the third-party provider that operates the tool. This site does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider's rules govern its handling of the query.
If you send an email or contact-form message, we retain the message and contact details as needed to respond. We do not share that correspondence outside the organization unless the law requires it.
